Writing Janeway out of the series -- what are your thoughts?

Due to the fact that I felt deeply insulted by "Fury", I never watched the episodes after that horrible excuse for an episode, except for "Endgame". But I can't imagine Janeway being written off and most surely killed off in some other horrible episode.

Voyager had more than enough of unnecessary character destruction.
