Would you like episodes without first scene(s) credits?

This could be about any television series but since we are on a Trek forum, this ended up in 'General Trek' section.

You know the ”guest starring” and ”written produced teleplay by directed by” information in the beginning of every episode.
If you could, would like to watch the episodes without all that information?
I think it might create a bit more realistic feel to the episodes when there would be no information who made it all happen.
Why not put them in the ending credits, or is it some kind of union thing....

To my mind, it adds nothing to realism if credits come at the end. A well made story doesn't require such aid - you know you're watching TV anyway. If anything I wish the modern shows went back to that old style, especially by displaying the episode title onscreen. It helps to prevent the "you know, the one where..." framing of discussions of individual episodes.

I would prefer Actor Credits & Episode Title to be at the end.

The only thing that should be in the beginning section:
- Prologue / Opening Teaser / Opening Scenes
- Intro
- Season # | Episode ## Card
- Main Content
- Season # | Episode ## Card - Episode Title
- Credits
- Next Ep Preview w/o revealing the Next Episode Title.

I'd prefer guest star actor credits at the end, and the opening teaser should be as short as possible. I think it's silly when the intro starts rolling 7 minutes into a 45-minute episode. If it's the second part of a two-parter, the prologue should be a recap of the last episode, and only that.

For episodic shows, next ep previews are completely unnecessary, unless it's a two-parter. They can sometimes make sense for more serialized shows, although I'd argue that they're unnecessary even then.

When guest appearances actually are spoilers, they tend to be withheld until the end credits anyway. And even then, they need the actor's permission to do that.

Yes. In Star Trek III: The Search for Spock, you'll note that Leonard Nimoy's name doesn't appear with the other players in the opening titles (although he is there as the director) -- it wasn't certain at the time that Spock would be restored to life. Nimoy does appear in the closing credit list.

True, though I was more thinking of the situation in DS9 Heart of Stone, where Salome Jens was listed in the end credits as opposed to the guest credits at the start so as to preserve the spoiler that the Kira who was being consumed by the crystal was in fact the Female Founder.
