Push ups, bruh. No better upper body exercise. Don't need benches, weights, bars. Works nearly every muscle in your upper body, especially pecs and those muscles that run down your sides, used to be called "wings". I used to do 3 sets of 100 every other day. Worked my way up to that from 10 a day. I swear by them.Only available at Summers, so I will have to look for cheap benches to be able to do this at winters then. Any chance to use any other piece of furniture as substitute?
