We buy plenty of comics. We just tend to buy them in book stores, since walking into most comic book stores feels not unlike entering a boys' locker room; it smells bad, and you always feel like you've just interrupted a conversation about molestation.
I wouldn't know anything about that because the comic book store I go to is part of a larger cult-interest chain of stores and is clean and tidy and has male and female staff.
Every woman who rides a city bus must be a misandrist in your book, huh?![]()
I didn't say "a man", I said "men". People like Jeyl might disagree but men aren't inferior or superior to women, we're just people. The way the Amazons are presented, they don't agree with that view.
They just picked a particular group of people to exclude and went with it. It could just as easily been black people, homosexuals, Jews, Muslims, women, the elderly or anyone else who has been discriminated against. Why is discrimination okay when the people being discriminated against are men ?
