Wolverine vs Trek Rottentomatoes Score (Both at 100%) who will be 1st?

Since there seems to be some competition between Wolverine and Trek XI I think its interesting that so far both movies are at 100% on Rottentomatoes. Trek XI has 12 reviews so far and Wolverine has 5 reviews. I do have to admit I am very surprised to see Wolverine doing so good since many people who have seen it have said its not much better than X3. I think Trek will finish well above it though from all the positive reviews and buzz we have been hearing! Which do you think will finish with a higher RT score?

Wolverine.

Its gotten bad reviews, they are just not up yet. For all purposes, the work print IS the final cut minus the graphic according to people who have seen it.

Oh, Trek will wind up with a higher "fresh" rating at RottenTomatoes. Doesn't mean it'll make more money.

i cant imagine that wolverine has the same 100% rating as trek. i know plenty of people who have seen it and can honestly say that not one of them liked it.i saw it myself and was less than impressed.

I don't care about RottenTomatoes and their fanboy voting skew. I fail to see any relevance of their rating (what do I know?) let alone how easily it can be manipulated by rabid fanboys with an Internet conn. But just as others above pointed out Wolverine is most likely going to die in it's first week, leaving Star Trek to soar.

As far as I can see, Trek has no competition.

Yea I doubt Wolverine will stay at 100% for long but I just found it interesting that as of now both movies are at 100%.

Yeah it's always impossible to judge anything based off the first handful of reviews on RT.

Although I do think Wolverine will be received much better by the critics than people expect. Just because it may not reach the high standards of comic book and X-Men fans doesn't mean it's not still an entertaining, well-made movie.

That's the only thing most critics are looking for when it comes to summer movies (and frankly it's all I'm looking for too).

I think Wolverine might fare better than people think, critically. A friend of mine had a copy and I finally broke down and watched it last night. Given the word on the film, I was expecting a complete shit-fest. It still wasn't great but I found it to be better than I was expecting and enjoyed myself well enough.

Trek, on the other hand, has nothing but good things going for it at the moment and there's nowhere to go but down.
