Since so many feel the need to report how "blown away" they were by the movie, I just want to know how it could affect my mileage, should I choose to see it.

Smells like gas.
You'd have a brighter and more optimistic future ideal. So, you'd take more care of your bodies nutrient needs. Thus, the mileage on your body should increase, and the amount of gasses you expel should decrease. Unfortunately, I do not have the required formula to equate exactly how much of an improvement you'd get.
