Will These Actors Return for Fourth Movie?

Well them returning to do more movies depends on a number of factors, but lets also remember they are not A list actors. A film once every 3 or so years, means a fairly decent paycheck.

Probably not. This cast isn't committed to Trek the way the older actors were. In other words, they have careers outside of Star Trek.

Paramount will let it rest for a few years and do another reboot.

CBS isn't interested in Trek for TV.

Another reboot? About what, an alternate to the alternate timeline?

My guess is that after Trek 3, there will be a 5-7 year gap before they will be able to round the cast back up and get approval for a fourth installment. And even then, there will be a sour apple (Quinto?) or two that don't want to do it anymore.

I'm not sure why you would reboot a successful reboot and believe that it would actually work...?

I'll be happy if we get a third film with this cast, considering Into Darkness' disappointing US performance.
STD is the second highest grossing Trek film. If they decide NOT to do a third one because they consider that a disappointment, then they are incredibly stupid and don't deserve anything else.

They did expect this to be their Dark Knight or Skyfall, but hell, you simply can't force that just by remaking those.

One thing the recent Star Trek game did highlight to me is how good these actors are at voice acting, particularly Chris Pine. If an animated series of some description allowed us to keep this core cast together for a little longer after their three movie contract expires then I'd certainly support that idea.

Any other franchise can do a fresh reboot whenever they want. Tarzan, Batman, Superman, Spider-Man, yadda yadda blahblahblah ad infinitum.

But no, not for the Treknids. They have to have some kind of link to a history so convoluted and contradictory that it eventually almost choked on itself.

After the next movie, I'd welcome a fresh start--a clean break with a clean slate. There are plenty of stories to tell without all that excess baggage.

What excess baggage are you talking about? This is a fresh start for Star Trek. And with the alternate timeline, the possibilities are endless as far as new stories go.
I'm not sure why anyone would compare Star Trek to Spiderman or Batman anyway...?
I do believe that Star Trek will be reboot again...but not for another 25 years or so.
