Will the 1996 Star Trek 30 Years & Beyond TV special get a DVD release

Does anyone know if there are any plans to release the 1996 Star Trek: 30 Years and Beyond TV special (that had actors from the 4 Trek shows at the time, except I don't think Nimoy attended) on DVD and Blu Ray. I forget if without commercials, it was 60 or 90 minutes long, but since it was shot on videotape, it wouldn't matter much if the format was standard DVD or Blu Ray. They could include it on a special edition 2 disc Blu Ray release for the current Star Trek film, to introduce novice Trek fans from the recent mediocre and poorly written Trek film, to the other far superior Trek shows.

I doubt it, but the Bio and BioHD channel just ran it a bunch of times. You could easily DVR it, and burn it to DVD.

I'm kind of surprised they haven't, considering all the other random Trek retrospectives and the like that have made it onto DVD.
