why worf is so composed

having a klingon on board is risky business. he is a warrior race after all. so how does worf keep his cool so much? i think its because every weekend picard beams him down to some random planet off the books for 15 minutes so that worf can go on a massive killing spree to let off some steam, so that his rage doesnt build and build until he snaps and dismembers everyone on the bridge with his bare hands and bathes in their blood. you know he wants to. its the klingon way. how else do you explain his constant restraint?
