Why do Britons play golf on horseback?
Why don't you go out on the field in no pads and ask to play a game? Then once you regain consciousness in the hospital, you'll have your answer.
In the meantime, this is just spam and probably a drive-by troll which you have no intention of following up on given your usual M.O. in other threads you start. Closed.

2. American football is set up a little bit differently, to allow for more open field tackling and blind hits of people who don't see it coming. Aside from that, padding is actually fairly minimal because it impairs speed. Wide receivers generally just have a helmet and light shoulder pads.
