^Who could hate those guys...

... Besides everyone.

I loved Data's Holmes adventure, and Moriarty made a great character.
Janeway's gothic holonovel and Paris's Captain Proton adventures were both fun, the kind of stuff I'd want to do.
There's a lot of great fun holograms, I like most of them. Geordie with the hologram Leah got creepy though.
The one I hate is Tuvok's pon farr program. To me, that shouldn't have worked out so well, as I thought the resolution of pon farr involved a mind link too. Isn't that right? As it is, the resolution was cheap, easy and completely devoid of any drama. It wouldn't been so much more interesting if the pon farr issue had actually been explored, with Tuvok having to mate with someone on board. Given their close friendship I was hoping for Janeway to man up and take one for the team.

^It would have been odd if Janeway took one for the team with Tuvok but her resolve would have been undeniable at that point.

I don't think so. Spock was able to resolve his pon farr a couple times without a mind link ("Amok Time", Star Trek III: The Search for Spock).

Seems like violence or rough sex will do in a pinch.

I've heard it suggested that Spock's pon farr came to an, uh climax, so to speak, at the end of the fight with Kirk. Maybe in pon farr, at least with Spock, violence is rough sex.
Are we sure there was no telepathic component in STIII? I don't know where I've gotten this idea that pon farr involves a telepathic component. It might be from a novel or even fan fic, but I thought it was a real thing.

McCoy had all Spock's marbles inside his head when Spock is going through the pon farr in STIII.

I voted Captain Proton.

Just because holodeck episodes tend to be notoriously awful, except for Our Man Bashir and Bride of Chaotica. And Captain Proton gets the tiebreaker because it had more interesting appearances in other episodes.

Vic Fontaine was DS9's Okana.

I was watching DS9 and realized I forgot to add the Pleasure Goddess of Rixx. I think they mentioned it on multiple occasions.

My favorite is Sherlock Holmes, particularly Elementary, Dear Data. Moriarty rocks!

I would like Bashir and O'Brien's "Battle of Britain" adventure. All we saw was them in their flight gear.
Also, for a break or brief vacation. The beach resort holoprogram from early Voyager. Complete with bikini babes.
