The first time I saw Archer in that fustercluck of a final episode, the angle is off for half a second long enough for me to think "Where the hell is his arm? Holy poop, he's Ahab! A crocodile ate your hand! Show me your hook! Show me your hook!"

What a let down when it became obvious that Johnny was completely intact.

Another 6 years in deep space making impossible their daily business and no one gets a scratch?

Pshaw!

How for the time skipped final episode would you have scared and mangled the cast to make it seem like we'd missed out on watching some gruesome butchery in the missing intervening years.

Vice Admiral Gardner you are a very very bad man! I'm thinking Reed should've been a torso with a talking head he'd be missing everything else - he got bonked so often! Like he'd have fared that tussel w/ Major Hayes so well! That'd broken his nose at least!
