Who should be the next BATMAN villain?!

Somewhere down the road we will have new Batman movies. Whether they are more over-the-top like the 80s/90s Tim Burton films or more "grounded" like the Nolan films, they will happen. Right now we have Ben Affleck donning the cowl for the continuing series of Superman/Justice League films.

So here's my question. Which Batman villain do you want to see next on the big screen?

***THE RULES***
This villain cannot have already appeared in a live action Batman film.

Joker? NO! Two Face? NO! Penguin? NO!!! Pick somebody else! Batman has a huge rogues gallery. Is anyone that we haven't seen before worthy of being the main villain in a Batman film?

The Wraith is someone else who lost his parents who dedicated himself to a life of crime. Perfect mirror image. Even his costume is batman-ish.

he just had a big role in Arrow, but has not appeared in a Batman movie yet.
But thanks to Arrow a lot of people are probably familiar with him now to help generate interest.

If it's not Crazy Quilt, Kite Man or Humpty Dumpty, the movie won't be worth seeing.

Victor Zsasz. In the midst of all these world shattering plots that superhero films have now taken up, it would be interesting to see Batman simply trying to catch a serial killer. It could show off his detective skills in a way that none of the other films even tried.

However, if we could've picked a villain from one of the previous films, then I would choose Mr. Freeze. Heart of Ice was one of the best Batman: TAS episodes and I really appreciate the re-writing of Freeze's character. I know Batman and Robin incorporated some elements of it but I'd like to see a more serious take.
