Some shows feature familiar characters inhabited by aliens and I think it's great to see the good guy actors playing the bad guy. I love these.

Most probably I forgot important episodes, please help

Oh, Nimoy as the Medusan was downright poetry.

Rosalind Chao as Keiko O'Brien n "The Assignment". Truly frightening.

I was going to say Keiko not being included on the list is a crime, because Rosalind Chao was excellent as WraithKo.

Quite a lot of people also played possessed characters...

Meaney and Spiner along with Sirtis in "Power Play".

Ben Sisko, Kira, Odo, Quark, Leeta, Bashir, and O'Brien all were former Dax hosts in "FACETS".

Kira and Jake were inhabited in "THE RECKONING".

Jeri Ryan with all those Borg petsonalities in "INFINITE REGRESS".

Various people in "THE CROSSING" on ENTERPRISE.

Seconded/thirded/forthed/n'thed/8675309thed, regarding Keiko as taken by the Pah-Wraith. Easily one of the more positively memorable aspects of that underrated DS9 episode.

Seven of Nine “possessed” by The Doctor.

    Wonderful acting job by Ryan.

Warlord was one of my favourite Voyager episodes up until that point in the series. Better episodes came afterwards, obvs. Jennifer Lien proved that she could act in a polar opposite way to her gentle and innocent Kes portrayal. I guess that Lien used this out of character acting experience when she came back in Fury, too.

If this particular episode was not mentioned as an option in the poll, I would have opted ‘other’ and suggested Ilya possessed by V’Ger in TMP or maybe Dal possessed by Janeway (and vice versa) in Mindwalk.

Dal and Janeway were both hilarious in "Mindwalk". Kudos to both actors.

Hands down, Jeri Ryan as the doctor, for me.

But I do totally understand the votes for Rosalind Chao in "The Assignment." Great episode. Great performance from Chao.

We should point out that Brent Spiner wasn't just Messaka; he had to play at least five different characters.

I came here to say this!

Shatner's mannerisms when possessed by whats-her-name was pretty epic also.

The body swapping in SNW deserves a mention roo.

This makes me wonder whether Keiko and Miles ever compared and contrasted how they'd now both been possessed entities threatening their partners...

...or, more likely, they were both too traumatized by the idea to ever have that discussion.

I thought Jennifer Lien did such a great job as the warlord. It was a dramatic departure from Kes.

Unpopular opinion: I like "Masks". lol

Same here. I love it. I have defended that episode almost as much as "MOVE ALONG HOME".

I defend "Shades of Gray". The clips are fun to watch, and the story itself has its moments. And I still like Pulaski better than Crusher.
