Who hear watches "Real Time with Bill Maher"?

It's one of my favortie shows so I watch it all the time. I do think Bill Maher is someeone I wouldn't get along with but I enjoy the show.

I started watching this season and haven't stopped yet, must see TV for me. I don't agree with everything he says but for the most part my politics come side by side with him and the show itself is dam funny at times.

I don't watch TV, but I loved his film Religulous.

I used to watch it. I disagreed with him on just about everything, but he often found a way to make his material hilarious. However, after a while his humor turned into him simply making personal attacks and he started taking himself way too seriously for my tastes.

I finally stopped when he, in all seriousness, ridiculed any adult who enjoys watching or reading Harry Potter and said that they ought to be ashamed of themselves for acting like little kids. As a Harry Potter fan, that was the final straw for me.

If others like him, I'm happy for them. Just not my cup of tea anymore.

He's okay. I usually tune him out whenever he goes on his negative rant about religion, but I still like him.

Tonight's episode was hilarious. Cornell West was about two seconds away from leaping across the desk at Republican Urkel Ron Christie. And when Bill told everyone on the panel to "calm the fuck down!" and "shut the fuck up!" because it was a comedy show (during New Rules) I was cracking up.

I loved Politically Incorrect back in the day and I wish that I could afford his new show.

That's strange. I think he's actually more subdued in the talk show format than he is with his standup act, so I don't understand how you could enjoy that but can't stand him in any other format.

I used to watch it regularly. Haven't seen it the last couple weeks but maybe I'll start watching it again. One thing that bothered me a little is how easy Maher often is on conservative guests on his show. I know he wants diversity on his panel, and not be too confrontational to scare away conservatives so his discussions are more than a echo chamber, and I appreciate that. But still, sometimes he has real, and I mean real fucking assholes on his panel - Breitbart, Issa, etc. and he lets them get away with practically any lies.

This last show was fucking outstanding though the black republican guy was fucking annoying.
