That is almost perfect.

He's got the voice all right. But one time, we saw Matt on the Graham Norton show, and sitting in the flip seat was a young man who looked just like Matt.

It's hard to be a good Matt Smith lookalike. There aren't a whole lot of people that look like him. On the other hand, the world is rediculously brimming with people that kinda look like David Tennant. I just came back from Phoenix ComicCon this weekend and I was again struck by how many 10th Doctor cosplayers seem so close to the genuine article, whereas most 11th Doctor cosplayers come nowhere near.
Yea, David Tennant is more Classically Attractive, then people want to admit. Purely on a Physical Attractiveness level, he would generally be poo-pooed for being so attractive, if he wasn't so skinny, though many of his fans want to poo-poo other classically attractive actors (though I do admit the Doctor works better if you're not imaging getting into his "private Zone". Fortunately David Tennant is too skinny for my libido to run off without me
)Matt Smith, of course, can look attractive in what he presents in a Photo, but, he has a very unique facial sculpt, that most Impersonators wouldn't be able to overcome.
It also helps that just wearing that trenchcoat makes you kind of walk like Tennant.
