It depends on the smurf, my friend. If it's Papa Smurf himself, that Na'vi is toast. None can withstand the patriarchal power of Papa Smurf; this is well-established. If it's blue, Papa Smurf is the daddy. With his wisdom and magic, he'll find a way to overcome the size difference and win the match. Smurf win.
(Of course, Papa Smurf's patriarchal prowess is balanced by Eywa's matriarchal prowess and general Earth Mother gaia-ness, so it could get interesting if Papa decided to expand the operation and take on all of Pandora).
Brainy Smurf stands a good chance of winning, too. Only he could be preachy enough to out-preach an environmental film. However, his dependency on his glasses as opposed to what nature offers leaves him vulnerable and unenlightened- it could go either way. Winner uncertain.
Jokey Smurf is armed with exploding presents, of course, and thus proves a reasonable threat. Na'vi are quite curious, and would no doubt take the bait, particularly if you wrote "love from Eywa" on the gift tag. Smurf win.
Greedy Smurf will succumb to his greed and hubris and thus underestimate the Na'vi natives, who will then succeed in repeling his overconfidant forces. Na'vi win.
Smurfette is useless. She is like a baby, making noise, doesn't know what to do. Na'vi win.
Clumsy Smurf and Dreamy Smurf won't even make it to the match. They'll get eaten by thanators while blundering through the forest. Double Na'vi win.

Excessive Drinky Smurf would probably be toast. He'd get really angry, but wouldn't be up to the fight because of his drinking problem.
