Who are the senior staff of the Discovery?

Since Discovery is basically Lower Decks: The Series, most of the cast isn't the usual bridge crew or the group who would be in the meeting room sessions solving technobabble, like we got in other shows. I don't believe Burnham, Tilly and Culber are senior staff. So who is the actual senior staff? I haven't read the books yet, but they'd be in a state of <BrannonBragaScript>canonical flux</BrannonBragaScript>.

MA says Stamets is Chief Engineer, but I thought he was just head of the Spore Drive project, which was it's own department. If he is chief then he'd be senior staff too.

Am I missing anyone?

Detmer is a helm officer. And Owosekun is Ops. Not sure if either is "Senior Staff". Owosekun is only a Lt. j.g.
Airiam might be Second Officer.

They need to open Season 1.5 with a senior staff meeting between Lorca, Saru, Airiam, and a whole bunch of highly-paid movie stars who will never be named or seen again. Then we can argue if Matt Damon was the Chief Engineer, if Sandra Bullock was the CMO, and if Tom Hardy was Picard's grandfather.
