News Who are the most scary race to face in all aspects out of the Klingons, Romulans or Cardassians?

I personally would fear the Cardassians most because of their torture techniques etc. At least the Klingons would by and large just kick your butt in the most efficient manner possible.

Somehow I suspect that the Romulan and Klingon justice systems work much the same way...

At least a Klingon tells you when he wants to kill you. And any crime you are accused of you have trial by combat as a possible escape. Romulans and Cardassians disappear you quietly.

So I'd say Cardassians, because they are fanatical in their love of government, whereas Romulans can be reasoned with.
