This is tough for me. TOS had an amazing second season, TNG had quality episodes for most of its run, with a Golden era from its 3rd to 5t seasons. DS9 had a great second half, with some heavy misses early on, Voyager's 3rd season still has a lot of my favorites but it's transformation to the Janeway, Seven and The Doctor show makes me gag at a lot of it's last few seasons. Enterprise had a rough start, a lame second season, an impressive arc the third and a lot of well thought out plots in season 4.
I voted for TNG, it was my first Trek, and it had a lot of quality throughout its Seven Year run, and still to this day I don't think any finale has been as good as All Good Things.
