Which RTD Monster Should Return?

Presumably (hopefully) Steven Moffat won't just be mining the classic series for his returning monsters, but there will also be callbacks to the just-ended RTD era as well. Which creations of RTD's era would you ensure continued into the future? It could be a one-time monster or one that made multiple appearances, like the Slitheen.

Personally, I hope the Judoon stick around. Great look, great voices, and a great schtick. "Smith and Jones" is my favorite series premiere of the new show, and their returns in "The Stolen Earth" and "Prisoner of the Judoon" were good fun as well.

I'll be annoyed if the Judoon don't return at some point. I'm hoping Moffat will bring the Sontarans back again too (not RTD monsters but I like them!)

I'd still like to see the Krillitaines again at some point too.

I definitely want to see more of the Judoon. I would also love to see the Trickster (or someone else from the Brigade) show up at least once.

In terms of the creatures actually created by RTD, I'd like to learn more about the Midnight entity. I don't mind the Judoon, and the Krillitanes were cool, but given the choice the Midnight thing would be top of my list.

If the Shadow Proclamation shows up again, I'd like them to somehow work in RTD's original idea for it. RTD's original concept was that the Shadow Proclamation was an interstellar alliance of all the aliens created in the new series. This was abandoned for budget reasons. But it is a very cool idea, IMO.

I know the Sontarans are RTD villains; however, the were reformatted and make a great foil for the Doctor.
