Which episode was it when they shrunk the Enterprise down and Kirk was looking at the ship but inside from their point of view he was a giant and everyone onboard was frozen in place?

Could Kirk see inside via the windows?

That's the image I most remember that viewscreen shot. I always wondered though what would he have seen had he tried some of the actual windows around the ship since you can't see into the bridge from where he was.
 
That's some tech that could have come in handy later.

Truly. The Spock/McCoy dialogue at the end—with McCoy being a needling tool to Spock and all, but at least he says good night and Spock seemingly takes no offense—mentions that Flint would devote his remaining days to improving the human condition or some such. Follow-up on that would be great, inasmuch as he could slow down biological life processes and miniaturize and transport a Federation starship.
