Where to buy ST books in the Sacramento area.

Does anyone know of a good used book store in the Sacramento area that has a large Trek selection? There are a number of books a few years old or more that I am looking for and I would like to save on shipping by buying locally.

I live in southern Indiana and don't know anything about Sacramento but I know it's a large enough city that it should have plenty of used book stores. Remember, Google is your friend. Here's a quick search I did as well as a list of the first six results. Give them a call and see what they've got.

Thanks for the replies. I have gone to a number of used stores in the area for years, but most of them have very few Star Trek books, and one that used to have a lot of Star Trek books doesn't seem to have any. I am hoping a Sacramento area Trekkie will see this and know of a good store. I still think I will take your advice and call a few places.

Try The Almost Perfect Book Store in Roseville. They have dozens, or is it hundreds, of used Star Trek books. It's way more than I've ever seen an any used book store. I stop by every time I visit my parents.

There are probably thousands of Star Trek books here at the used bookstore. You can old numbered novels for a quarter or less.

Not technically "Sac Area" but Yesterdays Books in Modesto has a pretty large selection of Star Trek books...if you're in the area check it out.

I am from dallas,tx., all I can tell you is to get a barnes and nobel nook color. it is only missing about 23 book over all not bad . they have every single ds9 novel in the series and are only missing one of the st:tng books and about 7 voyager novels . I would seriously suggest investing in a nook.
