Where are all the Timeships?

Fateor

So Gabrielle Burnham changed the timeline causing Control to exist and kill everything in the galaxy by sometime in the 28th century.

But where are the Federation timeships during all this that are immune to timeline changes and should be going around correcting her screwups?

To that accusation, Gabrielle says "You're nothing but a ghost to me."

Timeships are from the Prime timeline that hasn't been established yet. We're getting there.

They're sitting back, not wanting to interfere in the known historical events of the Burnhams taking out Control.

Timeline A (for lack of a better term):
Gabrielle goes to the future. Michael is adopted and then killed shortly thereafter. Control destroys all sentient life in the 28th century. Gabrielle is stuck to the 31st century.

Timeline B: Michael is saved from death, and grows up to be the mutinous warmonger we all know and love. Control destroys all life in the 28th century. Gabrielle is still stuck in the 31st, minus her 800 time-jumps.

Timeline C: 28th century Control follows Gabrielle back to the past and tries to jumpstart its evolution. Airiam dies (*massive* effect on the timeline). Control kills all sentient life, maybe early. Gabrielle is sent to the 31st century without a working suit.

Timeline D : They probably save Gabrielle, and Control is defeated onceandforall. Sentient life exists beyond the 28th century. All the timeships get to do their thing and get temporal shielding. Anarchy ensues in the 32nd century, and Calypso happens.

Timeships are immune to timeline changes due to either their temporal shielding or due to existing outside of time.
They're getting a wax because they had a bet with the Timelords that the Universe would be fine without anyone of them lifting a finger (and besides if things did go south the one Time Lord with the blue police box would show up and fix everything with his/her/its sonic screwdriver.) :nyah:

The 29th century time cops are too busy trying to fix their own screwups to be worried about fixing other people's. Did you not see the two Voyager episodes they featured in, where it turned out that they were the cause of the problems they were sent to fix?

Take my word for it: We will not be seeing the 'time cops' ever again.

The iteration of the timeline that later leads to their existence has not been created yet.
Yes it has.

For the Federation to even exist three closed timeloops must first occur. The first, the closed timeloop that created Chronwerx, the second, the closed timeloop that introduced transparent aluminum, and the third, the closed time loop that fixed the flaws in the Phoenix's engine.

I don't believe in time loops. In every situation, there is an original timeline that proceeded without interuption, even if we didn't see it. Later, people from the future do things that throw things off, and a self sustatining loop is formed. This is a timeline iteration sequentially before those subsequent time loops came into being.

I never felt that TVH had a time loop. They altered history by giving the creator of transparent aluminum his own breakthrough prematurely.

Perhaps it is all leading up to the formation of Temporal Investigations.

When I read this, I ended up with a different image to what I think you were trying to convey. In sure there's a joke in this somewhere...

Starship warps into a beauty salon....

They're nahan gorning to do anything because Mrs. Burnham will probably be their founder.

Your personal opinion on Timeloops aka predestination paradox's doesn't really matter here since we are talking the universe of Star Trek where they are a stated and understood existence.
