Actor David Birkin was 15 in 1992, which if that tracks, then young Picard was 15 in Rascals which is the year 2369 in story continuity, when Picard was actually 64 so he became 49 years younger from the accident. Although, maybe Bev said something about them all being Prepubescent? I forget. Then again with the genetic deformities which killed Shinzon, maybe Picard was a bit beefy at a younger age because of all the gene therapy compensating for his syndrome or whatever Nemesis claptrap he’d had fracking up his comfort.

Bev was 19 years younger than Picard. So she was 45 in 2369 while rascals was being produced which would only make her 30 years older than young Picard if David’s age can be taken as wrote?
