I recently fell victim to bullying in the workplace. It hurts even worse when you're an adult because you really think that you've finally outgrown the opportunities for it to ever happen again.

If Shinzon was a friend/aquaintance/schoolmate of the big-head kid then it's just friendly ribbing.

Heck, one of my buddies used to call me Howdy Doody because of my freckles and one of my army buds used to ask other guys what they'd more rather have, a million dollars or my head full of nickels. (I have a big head too!)

I guess this is how urban legends get started.
Someone thinks of something that could possibly be funny, but without enough of a kick at the end to make a proper joke, so it sounds like an anecdote...then it feels odd to tell made-up anecdotes, so the teller relates it as something that really happened.
