When did UESPA stop being involved in the development of starships?

So, UESPA are listed on the dedication plaques in the construction of the NX class vessels, and the USS Enterprise-B. Presumably they built the USS Enterprise XCV-330 prior to the development of Starfleet. And while not listed on the plaques of the USS Discovery, USS Enterprise and Ent-A, UESPA still had a presence in Starfleet during this time. By the time the Ent-D launches though, they are no longer involved in the starship construction process and that continues with the Defiant, Voyager and the Ent-E. And they aren’t mentioned again whatsoever, aside from conversations over the Friendship 1 probe. My issue is that I’m not exactly sure where the cutoff is when they stopped being involved in the development of starships. Does this mean that the Ent-B was the last ship that UESPA built, and was a special case that required a more hands on approach not seen since the NX era? Or were they involved in the construction of more starships, and if so, when was the cutoff date for when that all changed?

It never did. The UESPA is still actively involved in starship development and construction. Their name may not get plastered all over the place, but if it comes from Earth, the UESPA is involved.

In the Rise of the Federation novels by Christopher L. Bennett, the Federation Starfleet in its early years functions by combining the space forces of the Federation's first Member States and having each formerly-separate fleet operate as a division of Starfleet. UESPA is the division charged with exploratory missions; the Andorian Guard is charged with Federation defense; etc. I would assume that this arrangement lasts, at least on paper, until the TOS era, whereupon I imagine the early Member State fleets are separated back into their own local space forces that operate within Member State territory alongside the Federation Starfleet.

Sounds dull, the asymmetric cockpit is one of the most interesting aspects of the Falcon's design.
