It's a very rainy 57° morning with 97% humidity here in the PNW.
It is interesting that earlier this year it was predicted that the PNW would have an El Nino summer with above average temperatures and drought; yet, here we are at the end of July and temperatures are at, or below normal, for this time of year.
There's still a chance for a warm August and September, but I don't want to jinx it.
