What's your favourite movie monster?

I watched the Giant Claw constantly when I was a kid, and never remembered how awful the creature effects were until saw it again recently.

Fiend Without A Face was another weird monster, and IIRC the movie was only about an hour and ten minutes.

For any fans of these older movies I heartily recommend It Came From Hollywood, got a copy on VHS somewhere, but I'm unsure if it ever got a DVD release.
