What ya smoking?

I quit smoking two months ago.
Good for you. You’ll save money and live longer.

As for me, I’ve never smoked tobacco. I’ve tried a certain controlled substance three or four times, and it never did much for me. Maybe it just wasn’t very good shit.

I did that as well, apparently I did find the "good shit" because I did it for a while. Quit that too.

Never smoked. If I were to try it, I'd probably go straight for the wacky backy or use a pipe, or smoke cigars. No nicotine-based cigarettes for me, thanks.

I used to smoke little Swisher Sweets cigarillos periodically. But that was about 18 or 19 years ago. Haven't smoked anything since then.

7 months ago I moved from menthol cigs over to an electronic cig or e-cig. Today, it's NiteLiteVapors "Gold" e-juice with a bit of menthol.

As did I -think more like six months though. :bollian:

Allthough... I did just light up something glorious

I've visited the homes of so many heavy smokers and illicit drug users over the years that I think I've passively smoked just about everything simply from the residual fumes hanging in the air.

Smoking is a filthy habit.

I really wish I still did it.

The cravings never go away do they.

If I knew that I could just smoke one cig and not have it be a problem I would. But the second I smoke that first one, I'm going to want a second one, and before I know it I'll be buying packs again. So it's just better not to smoke period.

The cravings will eventually go away. This July will be 10 years smoke-free for me.
I'm never giving up drinking, though!!

I think you'll find that the physical cravings will subside eventually, it's the romanticism of it I can't shake though.

I have many fond memories of smoking cigarettes. I mean lets face it, sitting on the beach at sunset is good, sitting on the beach at sunset with a beer is better, sitting on the beach at sunset with a beer and a cigarette is heaven

You are very right though, you cannot make an exception if you are serious, not even one.

I am not a smoker but I will occasionally indulge in a wine tipped cigar or a cigarillo. I don't inhale though. I'd probably turn green and throw up if I did.

I quit tobacco when they went to 75 cents a pack. I still think they are overpriced at that level.
