What would Voyager have done if the Dominion won the war

They would have turned around, heading back to the Delta Quadrant and "The 37's" homeworld. Then they would have created a new Federation in that part of space.

Or maybe gone back to Quarra and settled down with new jobs. Janeway would reunite with Jaffen.

They could find a nice asteroid field to live in...as long as they watch out for miners. Miners are the most wicked, evil people in all 5 incarnations of Star Trek.
