WHat would 1970's GR think of the whole franchise

If you had the ability to travel back in time to 1975, for argument sake as afaik there was no Trek on, just reruns, and decided to show Gene all the Trek movies and the succeeding series' including the new Trek XI movie what do you suppose he would think of it all and would it change the way he thinks about Star Trek and what it means to everyone? Do you think that, based on what he knows will happen, will he do anything to change it?

he would probably go find 30 yr old rick berman and 10 yr old brannon braga and kick the shit out of em both for future crimes they are going to commit! lol
