Latest: Actress Christina Applegate has paid an emotional tribute to her former toyboy lover who was found dead in his Hollywood apartment on Tuesday.
The body of skateboarder Lee Grivas, 26, was discovered by a neighbour.
Applegate, who dated the aspiring photographer on and off for 18 months, paid her respects to her former beau and expressed her condolences to his family.
In a statement to E! News, Applegate says, "I am profoundly saddened.
"Lee was an incredible human being who was an extremely important and beautiful part of my life. He is missed beyond words. He touched so many and I feel much sadness for his mother, brother and all of his family and friends."
An investigation into Grivas' death has been launched by the Los Angeles Police Department. Autopsy and toxicology results are pending, but initial reports suggest Grivas died from a drugs overdose.


"Former boytoy lover"? What is that about? This guy is dead, for whatever reason, and he has a family and people that cared about him. Why put this line in the article? What is the point of a cheap shot like this?
