What stories would you have liked to have seen on Voyager?

Icheb angst. The full reality of his parent's betrayal and his far flung exile from his people hits Icheb and he goes emo the way other people go rogue. He locks himself in his quarters and listens to Klingon Death Metal all the while hoping 7 will seduce him back to a meaningful existence.
I always wondered how the Paris family reunited. What was it like when they finally reunited? How did the Admiral handle his new daughter-in-law, the half-klingon outlaw Maquis? What happened with that? Was she sent to jail while Tom became a single parent?

We got that with Macrocosm for Janeway. Torres had a few shower scenes. Seven had a few naked scenes. In Tattoo, Chakotay was nude. In Waking Moments, Tuvok was nude.
We didn't see Kes, the EMH, Paris, or Kim in any such situation, but I'm really okay with that.

Yes I`m talking about the whole episode, Janeway fighting the Hirogen in her underware, two episodes?!
Oh and Chakotay naked bum looks great but I doubt it is his.

I would have liked to have seen more eps with B'Elanna and Seven. The few eps they had were full of potential... like when B'Elanna complimented Sevn on shocking the Hirogen through the comm network in the ep with the letters from home, or when B'Elanna yelled at her in the jefferies tube for rerouting power to the new astrometrics lab w/o asking permisssion, then reassured her that if a half-Klingon could fit in on Voyager, so could an ex-Borg..
yeah, that always interested me. of course, i also would've liked to have seen a little more in their romance during seasons five and six. we barely got anything (and with the edits on the spike tv broadcast, almost nothing) and then season seven hits and their ready for marriage.
from what i've read in interviews with robbie mcneill i doubt you would've wanted to see them after season 3 b/c apparently the guys had been hitting the catering table pretty hard. that's why you get that one liner from tom when he's carrying harry in the "demon" episode.We got that with Macrocosm for Janeway. I would've liked to have seen Voyager get out of the delta quadrant at the end of season 6 but have them end up deep in Dominion space (through whatever trans-warp-thingy-doo-dad you choose). They then have to spend the final season, making their way through war-ravaged Dominion space, which is dangerous none-the-less, despite the Feds recently beating them.
One of their goals of the season is to make their way to the worm-hole and end up on DS9, back where they started.
Oh, and spend more than 30 seconds with the crew for their homecoming - something like the Enterprise episode "Home" would suffice.

I'd like to have seen Voyager (the ship) become self-aware ie bio-neural network develop a consciousness and it's own set of ethical dilemma's that the crew had to deal with.
Also, Species 8472 was a huge missed opportunity for a whole new set of stories.

Agreed on having an episode or two devoted to home. I would have also been okay with a small epic arc at the end of Season 7 dealing with getting home. If they did something really neat in those episodes and tied up character relationships and such much better, I would have been okay with a somewhat open ending. I feel like they really missed their chance to do one good final adventure with the last few episodes. The only episode near the end that really felt appropriate to me was "Homestead."
In general, us VOY fans would probably be a happier bunch if we had gotten a really solid ending. It's a shame the writers pushed it to the last minute, and it's probably the reason that there are like 6k VOY fanfics on fanfiction.net. :P

Ack, I've tossed that idea around in my brain a few times myself. They got close to this idea with "Haunting of Deck Twelve," but it wasn't really the same. Well, and that time the ship had a fever. Poor thing.

It's really not what it seems, though. Before Enterprise, when nudity happened on Trek, it was a big deal. There weren't that many episodes, and there was always a huge amount of discussion on it. So, consequently, those episodes stick out in my mind.
Well, except for "Macrocosm". That one is there because Janeway is stripped down and packing heat. There's nothing like watching a well manicured hand pushing a serrated utility knife into its sheath to really get you to perk up and take notice of Kathryn's... erm... perks.
I saw at least one of Shatner's nipples on every other episode of TOS, back when I was young and impressionable.
