What show should I watch to get a feel of Kurtzman's work?

While he's raked in a lot of money in the film box office, I feel he's had much more critical success on the small screen.

He's worked on a lot of shows, most of them being a collaboration, what was his show? I want to get a feel of his work before Star Trek '17.
