What should we watch next?

My wife and I are watching Star Trek: TNG -- it's her first time watching the show. We're getting to the point where we need to figure out which Trek to watch next. We already watched Voyager, so we're choosing between The Original Series, Deep Space 9 and Enterprise. She's never watched any of these and I've seen TOS and DS9 before.

So, friends, which one should we watch next?

If she liked VOY and TNG, DS9 makes sense. If she then wants more different shows, it depends on whether she likes the 60s style or not XD

It's been almost two years since I finished my first (and only) viewing of DS9, so I'd be pretty excited to revisit. We did just buy the series on DVD, too!

If you're going from this series straight to another, then definitely DS9. If, on the other hand, you're planning to watch the TNG feature films at the end of TNG, then I could also see going straight to Picard as an option, from a narrative standpoint.

If you've not seen it before, then TOS in no order but for an episode selection nobody's going to agree with me on 100% and do note that for the word "fan", I'm not a typical one but many are:

But if not, no worries as I hadn't watched that show in strict order and eventually figured out what went where and it was all still exciting -- so relish in order the following episodes to whet your appetite:
