All-time fave is probably Batman (1989 version). To quote Mary Poppins, "practically perfect in every way".

Also a fan of all the X-Men trilogy, and the Wolverine film (haven't seen First Class yet).

Judge Dredd (OK, that's a guilty pleasure!)

Batman. I like most comic book based movies but Batman is in a tier by himself.
The Hellboy movies are very good too.
That old MTV cartoon "The Maxx" is the only comic book adaptation that has ever made me want to go out and buy the comic books (though I did not actually follow through on it). I rewatched the series recently and still hold it in high esteem. It's relentlessly grim but also very funny. The story is all over the place though.

Thor
Iron Man
Hulk (the remake with..what's his face..lol can't think of name..guy from fight club)
X-Men First Class
X-Men 2
Spiderman 2

that's enough I think

A few obvious favorites for me, in alphabetical order, using Internet lists as reference (and allowing comic strips as the OP evidently did):

A Boy Named Charlie Brown (1969)
Captain America (2011)
Daredevil (2003)
The Dark Knight (2008)
Flash Gordon (1980)
Heavy Metal (1981)
Lightning Swords of Death (1974? -- this one's for you, Lonemagpie)
Spider-Man 2 (2004)
Superman (1978)
