I suppose it's only a matter of time before some enterprising YooToober sets the "Spock loses it on the bridge" scene from the movie to the "Amok Time" fight music.

She may not have even existed in the alternate timeline. I had a similar question a while back that if she did, and if they were betrothed, then he's quite the cheat for the whole uthura thing :x
That being said, someone pointed out that he didn't seem enthusiastic about it in Amok Time, as he hoped to be spared pon farr, if he hadn't gotten it, he probably wouldn't have gone back to Vulcan at all.
But yeah, no tears here if T'pring didn't make it off Vulcan.
