What happened to the Digital Deluxe Edition of Star Trek Online?

According to the Star Trek Online Wiki, there is a Digital Deluxe Edition of Star Trek Online available on Steam. But when I looked on the Steam website, no such version exists. Amazon.com has a listing for a Deluxe Edition but it's "currently unavailable".

So what happened to the Digital Deluxe Edition? Did it ever exist at all?

It was there prior to STO going free-to-play. I can't say I've noticed that it's gone, but I guess it makes some sense, since Valve doesn't get a cut of a free game.

This is the version of the game that I have. It was withdrawn when the game went free to play.

The basic game is the same as the ftp version, but also includes several c-store items for free (so these can be purchased there). However the automated Defence Turret and the Chromodynamic Armour are only available in this edition.

The one I'd really like to get my hands on is the collectors edition which includes the Red Matter Capacitor.
