What does your garden look like?

Again, not my garden, but the one belonging to my very best friend:

This view is what you get when sitting on the steps leading from the living room down into the garden.

The observant will, possibly, notice that this garden also is an outdoors play room.

Here is our humble little garden. We have a much larger space next to the garage scoped out for a real garden. However we just couldn't get to it and give it the attention it needed to become a garden. Hopefully next year, I have a lot of work to do for that to happen. We decided to put some raised garden beds on our deck for this year, found them at Costco and they are working out surprisingly well.

^ We have three of the same on our deck too! :techman: :techman:

What we liked the most about them being on legs, is that it kept the rabbits from eating most everything. That, and it also allowed us to use a potion of our deck that would other wise be dead space for something productive and beautiful.

Nice job.

Those raised beds look really neat. It seems like it'd be much easier to control overgrowth in them. Right now I'm battling squash that is attempting to take over much of the garden, as well as Bermuda grass that snakes its way across the yard. I need to look for some of those!
