What does PCAP stand for?

Next Gen-era Trek had the LCARS operating system, which stood for Library Computer Access and Retrieval System. The new movie Enterprise has something called PCAP. It's a snazzy-looking OS, but what does PCAP stand for? Primary Computer... something something?

There is, but the "PCAP ANALYSIS" which appears in several places on this display graphic seems to suggest something other than new-ish touchscreen tech.

^"PCAP" or "PCAP SYS" is on 90% of the Enterprise display graphics in Star Trek and Into Darkness. It may not be the name of the OS, but it must mean something.
