My wife was waiting in line at the wal-mart pharmacy and some short guy was jumping up trying to reach that protein stuff on the top shelf. He ended up knocking it off and hitting her between the shoulders. She was shouting at him like, "What the fuck is wrong with you?!?!" It was awesome.:guffaw:

Actually, the things I consume more of than anything else (aside from oxygen and water) are Velveeta cheese, jalapenos, and corn tortilla chips.

My choice is usually johnnie walker black label or even a blue when i have the money to buy a bottle.

Wow, that reminds me of college (which was only a year ago) and I was on whey, vitamins, and between classes I basically just worked out. Granted, it paid off... but now that I work on a computer 9-10 hours a day... I consume:

French Press Coffee
Hot Tea (earl grey, orange tea)
Sushi
Guinness Extra Stout
Bushmills Irish Whiskey
Bacardi
Red Wine (love Pillar Box Red)
Ground Beef (grilled burgers w/ cheddar & hot mustard)
Broccoli
Sausages
Pizza (especially homemade)
Breakfast sandwiches
Spinach
Potatoes
Gnocci (homemade potato pasta)
Vernors

Hmm... I just realized that my diet could be better.
 
Weetabix, coffee, orange juice, Marks and Spencers sandwiches and handcooked crisps, the occasional pizza and various pasta and rice related dishes in the evening.

I hope those TV dinners aren't all the one pound ones that only have fried chicken and cheese fries, although those little chicken patty with mashed potatoes and gravy dinners are a little short on vegetables too. The Kool aid can't count for much as far as vegetable/fruit intake.

Hmmm. Does sauteed onion count as a vegetable? How about spaghetti sauce? Well I do try to select sandwiches that include lettuce and a slice or two of tomato.
 
Rice and meat combinations - usually lunch
Cherries, apples, grapes - for hunger pangs
Fruit smoothies - hunger pangs
Volvic mineral water - about 1.5 litres a day
Smoked duck on toast - brunch
Lot's of mixed seafood spaghetti - usually dinner
Occasional Thai or pizza takeaway - when I'm lazy
Starbucks caramel macchiato - when I need to be alert
New York cheesecake, made by a local Italian cafe - when I need a pick me up
Monster munch Flamin' Hot crisps/chips - for movies in
More alcohol than I should - when I'm being stupid :lol:
