What Books Would You Like To See Someday?

If I were a better writer - my own :p

A friend was working on a book that never went anywhere on his time as an athlete, from commonwealth games to working for the Claymores to road stories of being a wrestler. He always joked about writing a chapter called "The night Falcon showed my wife his penis" though there were low points in his wrestling career (one being when he went to WWE, didn't offer him a contract but stole his gimmick) and some tremendous drunken road trip stories that would have made excellent reading.

I'd also like to see more by Kevin Smith. I personally think he's an excellent storyteller, though his 'Silent Bob Speaks' (or similar title, I can't remember which) would have been a lot better if he started from scratch instead of being a collection of articles.

Another book I would Like to see:

"Franchise Forever!"

An alternate history book.

Looks at how the Star Trek, Star Wars, Babylon-5, Space: Above & Beyond, Battlestar: Galactica, Law & Order, and other television shows might've changed and evolved if....the U.S./NATO had fought and defeated the U.S.S.R in a classic Tom Clancy style "Red Storm Rising" World War III in 1990.

^ Good luck! I'd love to write a book one day. I imagine you don't want to divulge any details, but can you tell us the genre? Fiction or non-fiction?

Thanks! Non-fiction--History, to be exact. I'm finally getting around to revising my dissertation for publication.
