What are your 2 or 3 fave films in the Alien film series and why?

Of the 4 Alien scifi horror films and 2 AvsP films made so far, which 2 or 3 are currently your favorite films and please separately say why for each fave film named, as in for the script, direction, acting, cinematography, etc.

Thanks. The link isn't very helpful, as people mainly discuss which DVD cut they like the most, rather than actually discuss the quality of the films.
