What are you doing with your tax return?

I am going to paying off some personal debt (mainly parents and sister) and pay off my debt. I got a good return this year so its a nice bonus.

Long gone into the economy. But I don't suppose I'll get another refund like that if Obama's plans go through.

Either:

(a) Bankroll a few hookers and become a pimp
(b) Start a drug-running company
(c) buy a high-priced hooker
(d) Buy a lot of cocaine, and start a drug habit while smoking imported cuban cigars with a pimp cane made of a human femur and a suit thats black on black on black with red cufflinks.
(e) Buy this.

That just looks weird to me.

My first thought about what I'm doing with my tax return: FILING it. :p
Yeah, one of my W2s is still MIA, so I haven't filed mine yet either.

Actually, I filed mine the first week of February. Sorry if my phrasing was not clear...I just thought of using the 'filing' remark as a smartass retort.

Guess I'm lucky, I don't have many forms to wait for. Just the 1099 from my financial advisor, my bank interest form (mortage interest & taxes deductable), my W-2, and my church contributions. My dad (who owns land) still hasn't gotten some of the forms he needs.

Come again?

Ugh. Didn't get much back, but I'm paying off a lot of debt so it'll probably just bolster another payment.

Ah, gotcha.

Yeah, my W2 disappeared into the ether somewhere, as did the old company that was supposed to provide it for me.

I am probably going to have to fill out a Form nr8thqergh;a5u[pwhatever and estimate my income based on my prior year's W2. I've just been too lazy to do it.

I put mine back into my retirement investments (RRSP) so it was actually spent before I got it.

Nah, the taxes I owe Maryland will cancel out the federal tax refund. At least, it is better than last year.
