What about romance between Jadzia and Ezri? Other Trill stuff.

I got few angle's on this beyond coming up with a great idea for some future slash fiction.

1What if Ezri went to a alternate universe that was much like the prime universe. only Jadzia never died and they fell in love. Would this be ,masturbation or incest or how actually would you define it? Can the Jadzia part of her that exsited before she got the symbiot fall in love with the Ezri part of her that exsited before she also got the worm?

2 What does the symbiot get out of this or any realtionship? Can the worm in Jadzia be attracked to Ezri even if Jadzia isn't and how does that effect Jadzia? What kind of emotions do the symbiot's have anyways, not to mention how do they eat? I asume they must feed on something when they in those underground caves before being put into a host so how does there feeding habits change after joined? Do they basically only become sentinet after being joined , which means they are just animals before that and if tht is the case how would you judge someone who ate one that had never been joined? Would it be like eating eggs?

I actually had a additional though when it comes to trills and memories. Actually I had two more.
1 When we look at the Trill they sort of treat memories as being things sperate from host to host. For example they might say tobin had this memory or Curzon had this one. What I am curious about is new memories that are formed in a bonding. I think the closest we got to this was Ezri's feelings towards Worf. She still cared for him but no longer loved him. Does this new feeling come from the fact that Jadzia did love him and Ezri had no feeling at all towards him since she didn't even know who he was? I would even say her views towards klingons in gneral might be new. We know Jadzia and Curzon had a love affair with that culture but we don't know what Ezri thought about them. For all we know is she might have disliked them. This in turn might have created a more pragmatic view towards them were we see her talk to Worf about them in season 7 were she sort of says the klingon empire should fall because the leaders don't hold true to things like honor that they say is important.

2 What is the difference between a memory formed in the brain and one that is more or less recorded on a Trill symbiot? Memories are not like picture's that never change. My memories of high school are different today then they were 5years ago because time and even emotions always alter are interpation of a memory. What if the Dax symbiot in season 6, when Jadzia died was sent back to season 3. Season Jadzia took out her symbiot and replaced it with season 6 symbiot. How would there memories for example of "Blood Oath" be different? Season 3 Jadzia might had had a different view on that moment than season 6 Jadzia. Also what about memories towards things before she joined. How has her views towards her family like her sister have changed from the moment of joining to those views she had before she had become a host?

I doubt they would fall in love, I'd see Jadzia become more of a big sister or mentor figure for Ezri. If however they did it would be a relationship between two non-related people, that would be loving, supportive and nurturing, of which a healthy sex life would be a part of. So they would be girlfriends/partners/significant others, etc.

What do any of us get out of a relationship? Symbionts are a repository of knowledge and experience passed down through the Hosts, the creature itself will have its own personality (as I assume its a sentient being, just not a humanoid one) but over time it will bind with those of the people it was Joined with--who have shown to be somewhat dominant at times, depending on the Hosts in question. As for what they eat, I'd assume it'd be some nutrient that is produced through what the Host eats, most likely similar to a developing foetus. The Host and Symbiont are two separate being who are Joined for their mutual benefit; the Host gains all of its knowledge and experience, whilst the Symbiont has the chance to gain more.

Que tipo de emoções os symbiot têm de qualquer maneira, para não mencionar como eles comem? Eu suponho que eles devem se alimentar de algo quando eles naquelas cavernas subterrâneas antes de ser colocado em um anfitrião assim como há hábitos alimentares mudar após juntou-se? Eles basicamente só se tornam sentinet depois de serem unidos, o que significa que eles são apenas animais antes disso e se for o caso, como você julgaria alguém que comeu um que nunca tinha sido juntado? Seria como comer ovos?

I think it would be incorrect to eat a symbiont. In Equilibrium we see that they communicate and the trill that took care of the pools says that the symbionts are very demanding, so they are sentient beings.

What if Ezri was stranded on a desert island with nothing else to eat? Would she eat the symbiont? Or would the symbiont eat HER?

I think the symbionts do not really eat. If Ezri eat Dax she would also die.
