James Traficant is finally out of jail-teehee! He was the only Democrat that the party wouldn't defend. He had a bad toupee and wore bad clothes. He would say,"Well beam me up, Scotty!" whenever he heard something he thought was outrageous. He was in jail for seven years for assorted corruption charges, but what was so funny is how the Democrats didn't try to protect him like usual because he committed the one crime they couldn't stand-He embarrassed them.
