Interesting discussion. I'm curious now... who was responsible for the expanded 5/23/67 script that included the line Justman objected to? (And why/how did it get filmed over Justman's objections?)
Because Justman was an associate producer who ran the production end, not a writing producer like Coon, so his opinion was respected but not always heeded.
