Was Neelix the creepiest character in trek history?

I don't know the name of the Trek character who freaked me out. He's from Voyager episode Think Tank. I think he's the leader or something. He has a Westmoore forehead and blonde, straggly hair. First character that came to my mind when I read the thread title.

That's Jason Alexander!

That may be the case, he still creeped me out!

^ I always thought he had an odd sexual vibe to him. Something about wanting Data to walk around without clothes. I also thought there was something of a bond villain to him. I didn't find him creepy as such, but he was threatening to me, definately.

Lon Suder

I don't know what it was about Suder, but I really liked him and didn't find him as creepy as a lot of other people I know... I loved that he died as a heroic character. Though I imagine if I knew him, I'd either stay away from him or try and be his best friend... anything to avoid the killings :|

Dukats mindplay with Kira in the first few eps of season six was one of the creepiest, paticularly the line 'Oh... we already are.." when Kira asked him if he thought they would end up in a relationship. It becomes a little creepier knowing his relationship with her mother.

The cadet-captain of the Valiant could maybe be added to the list, just for his dillusion and control over the crew.

The crippled Pike in that goddamned chair and the perma-drool, open mouth is pretty nasty--if you think about it. Bugged me as a kid.

It seems at least one person agrees with me:

Brilliant... though I watched that and wondered with all those crew members standing around, who's running the ship? It's all went a bit DS9 there...

It bugged me when I was younger, but as my dad raised me on Star Trek and Doctor Who I kept linking him to Davros. I remeber being pretty dissapointed that he didn't turn out to be an evil genius.

The salt vampire from Man Trap. I couldn't watch Trek for years afterward. It was only after seeing the animated series and being a little older that I started to watch Star Trek again.
