#123 The company of friends is a quartet of isolated adventures for Eight, each with a different companion we've mostly ever only ever read about, with the obvious exception of Bernice who has her own line of product, but it got me wondering if there was an applausometer trying to figure out which bugger they were going to stitch up with Eight for the foreseeable future when he's not having his Miller Time over on BBC7, or is Paul McGann refinancing his house and plans to work with all 4 of these mostly unheard of assistants simultaneously to keep one step ahead of his plumbing bills?

I only have 2 audios left in the Doctor/Charley era, so I think I may get The Company of Friends before I continue on with the Doctor/Lucie stories. So, as I haven't listened to CoF yet, I can't answer your poll. Actually, I'm not even sure what you're asking!

if 8's lifespan from audio is anything near canon then the Doctor is superbly selfconscious about his age that he'[ closer to 900 decades that nine hundred years old... I wonder if this is part of some conspiracy on their part to mess with the discontinuity guide?
